Re: Lakers vs. Jazz Series Thread (Lakers up 3-1) Odom blows the baby hook. Wow..he should have dunked that.
Re: Lakers vs. Jazz Series Thread (Lakers up 3-1) As soon as I trash Fish, he does something good. Fisher air ball. Told you. Kwame :]
Re: Lakers vs. Jazz Series Thread (Lakers up 3-1) Hot bitch wearing a Lakers' jersey. Show her again, ESPN.
Re: Lakers vs. Jazz Series Thread (Lakers up 3-1) Why the fuck did the cameras cut to the interview room? LMFAO.
Re: Lakers vs. Jazz Series Thread (Lakers up 3-1) Kobe won this game in the third quarter, amazing. What ferocity.
Re: Lakers vs. Jazz Series Thread (Lakers up 3-1) What i saw tonight, I am not sure I will ever see again in that style. I can't recall another player hitting that many contested, ridiculously tough shots over and over again. That mid-range jumper is designed to be shot contested.

Re: Lakers vs. Jazz Series Thread (Lakers up 3-1) I didn't get to bitch about Kobe last game, but he came correct tonight, that's for sure. I KNOW there will be night's like Game 3, but Kobe HAS to learn when his shot isn't falling, he has to look for his teammates. Performances like those were sort of okay'd back when we had a really sorry ass team a couple years ago, but not now. I know the only way to get out of a slump is to keep shooting. But not the way he was doing it. Anyways, he played great tonight and had great focus. Huge win for us. Glad we'll be able to close out at home on Monday.
Re: Lakers vs. Jazz Series Thread (Lakers up 3-1) Yeah when Kobe is struggling with his shot, it pisses me off when he continues to force it with a defender in his face. Drive the ball in the paint, create some contact, get to the line, set up teammates, etc.
Re: Lakers vs. Jazz Series Thread (Lakers up 3-1) Am I blind, or people are not giving props to Odom? He's been consistent and great. In game 3 he was the only one playing Lakers basketball. Great win though. Pretty sure it's going to end in LA on Monday.
Re: Lakers vs. Jazz Series Thread (Lakers up 3-1) Lamar has been the only player who is exempt from any blame so far this postseason. And maybe Shannon. Those two have been great.
Re: Lakers vs. Jazz Series Thread (Lakers up 3-1) Kobe Bryant, AMAZING. He is why the Lakers sell out every arena they play in. Everyone buying a ticket is waiting for one of these nights when Kobe executes his "A" game and leaves you with a moment you won't forget. He was locked in from the get go and displayed all the weapons in his arsenal. The step back jumper, the elbow shots, the 3 ball, the dunks, the reverse layups, the jab step, the "I DON'T CARE IF TWO OF YOU HAVE A HAND IN MY FACE AND DRAPED ALL OVER ME, THIS BALL IS STILL GOING IN YOU MOTHERS." You watch because he makes you feel invincible. He reminds you of a moment you had when you too were invicible in your own life. Whether you got a promotion, you bought the dream home, you gave birth to your first child, or you simply dominated someone at Madden football. This is what also makes him the most polarizing player in the game today. If you're on the opposite end of his greatness you hate him. You hate the way he's embarrassing one of the players on your team, you hate the way he's embarrassing your team, you hate that the way he's making the Laker fan next to you feel. But despite how bad he's making you feel, despite him ripping away your team's chance to win and ruining your weekend you still watch, because deep down inside, away from the hate, you know you're watching greatness.
