My guess is you know there's nothing to look up. I mean why else wouldn't you just show me then end this "worthless argument"? If I wanted to prove a point. Lmfao!...Man this gets funnier and funnier. Pacer...You have weak debating skills. I don't even consider this a debate.
First off, NBA is light years better than the ABA.Second off, this is just a 7-Game series. You don't take injuries into account.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Lakaboy42 @ Oct 28 2006, 10:37 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>Tinsley is okay at best, he makes a lot of turnovers and tries to do too much a lot of the time. With Marquis Daniels it's the same situation as Jackson, but he's not as good. And Granger's a good defender, but unless he's going up against Bruce Bowen or Ron Artest it's not going to affect Kobe at all.</div>Tayshaun Prince could stop Kobe.... Granger will affect Kobe. I doubt it.Kwame is unproven as an overall player, but not as a defender. Having watched him for 89 games I know he's an elite post defender. I've seen him hold his own against Duncan, Shaq, and Garnett, he would be able to slow down Jermaine O'neal. Chris Mihm was a top 10 center in the league before he got hurt, he was wildly underrated, he could make a team pay for taking him as nothing. His only problem is his health. I'd say the Pacers have the upper hand down low, but not by much. The Lakers have a big advantage on the wing, and in the point guard spot it's about even.</div>I know for a fact Kwame's not elite yet, and if he can stop JO, Al Harrington will still be powering through traffic. Chris Mihm has range, he has great footwork, he has an array of post moves, and he's about average on defense (he's a pretty good help defender though). I'm sorry but Danny Granger is not on Princes level yet. Even if he was, so what. Kobe averaged 40 ppg against the Pistons last season. If Prince can't stop him then Granger can't either. So it doesn't matter if you think he's just as good because Kobe still wouldn't be stopped. Just accept the fact that nobody can stop Kobe.

Man, tayshaun prince didn't stop. Larry brown did. His defensive schemes made kobe ineffective. There's a reason why kobe lit Tayshaun up this season.
say all you want but relize thisPrince - 1 steal 1blkGranger (in 35 - 40 minutes, which he will play this upcoming year) - 2 steals 2 blocksGranger knows how to defendPrince is called a good defender (kinda like jason collins) cause he has little offensive skills

Too bad that wont happen at all. And what do steals and blocks have to do with playing great perimeter D. AI gets loads of steals, but he is a bad 1 on 1 defender.Limited offensive skills? Once again, you proved your intelligence here. Prince averaged 14 ppg as the 4th option on the Pistons. How many players can boast those numbers as a 4th option? Please, go ahead and tell me. Oh, and Tayshaun has a ton of skill on offense. He rarely has the ball in his hand, but he still finds ways to score. He is a great shooter, he's quick, he can drive. He has a silky offensive game, and he is a good offensive player. Idk how you managed to compare his offensive skill to Jason Collins, but expect to hear the boo-birds pretty soon...

Your are making an emarrasement out of yourself. All you showed in that post is you are incredibly biased, you don't watch basketball, and you know nothing about defense. There is more to defense than stats and obviously you don't get that. Sats don't show how well you stay on your man. They don't show how well you keep him from getting away from you. If anything stats are just decieving. People don't call a player good at one thing because they aren't good at another. I guess that also means Ben Wallace is only said to be good on defense because he's bad on offense huh? Yeah exactly. You just brought up a retarded point that had no truth in it what so ever. Tayshaun is said to be great at defense because he is good at defense. Also Granger averaged .7 spg and .8 bpg in 22 mpg. Are you saying that if you add on another 15 minutes or so it will jump to 2 and 2? Don't make me laugh because that's a joke. Why don't you actually watch some basketball then come and try and make a real debate because right now all you are doing is making a joke out of yourself. Why do you think no one has backed up what your saying? And no people haven't. Some people might have said that the Pacers would win but what they said had nothing to do with the stupid and biased arguements you are making. Oh yeah you still have't found what ABA team Jerry West played for and where they keep track of how many minutes a plkayer plays at each position.
