Cool. Good to hear Chip. As for the guy that quit, good for him. As a fourth year commissioner of a 20 team league, I don't want people like that. It's a lot of hard work being a commissioner and anytime a decision is made, instead of thinking it through, some team owners think only of the impact it has on them. But a league is a living, breathing beast that needs constant attention and balance. The needs of many outweigh the needs of one. So if one guy really doesn't like a rule or situation, it's better for him to quit. I don't know about you, but I can't stand a poor sport, a poor loser, or a bad winner.

I can tell you understand the ins and outs Chip. You've been down that road before. I think what people here have to realize is that managing a 29 team online with some guys your hardly know and other guys you really don't know is pretty tough. Everyone is definitely not going to be happy all the time. Crazybacon is cool with everything even though he has a right to be disappointed. He's obviously a competitor and wants to win. I just really wanted to make sure that everyone understands that I'm trying to be impartial and as fair as I can be. I want to win to, but not at the cost of the league's integrity. It's too important that it's run properly and that everyone gets a fair shake for me to let my personal feelings cloud the issues. I know all the guys in my local league very well, but I'll tell you something. I run a tight ship and I don't take shit. Even more impressively, the guys love the league. They call it the best fantasy league in Pittsburgh. We've got a waiting list of over 15 people and it grows every year. It's crazy. I've found one thing over the years to hold true in every league. The better the league is run, the more fun everyone has. There are rules for a reason.
