I think so, but for that to happen they have to get NCAA approved housing and have professors willing to do this. It sounds like it could be difficult to coordinate.
Is there any particular reason he can't attend classes or live on campus? Is the alleged victim within that vicinity? That seems pretty harsh considering he hasn't been proven guilty or innocent yet.
she is a UO student. So It sounds like going there would get within the area of the restraining order.

Probably plead no contest. Get some anger management classes. This way he does not have to wait until the end of March for the court proceedings to begin.
He's going to plead to one count of harassment. Not a big deal, might miss a few games at the start of the season.
