    My comments have been focused on the process.

    I have very strong reservations about the system as it is currently set up, and in particular with Tygart, who I despise.

    That said, I have long had the opinion that Lance probably used PE's. It is simple logic. So many of the past contenders have been caught. Lance beat them all. That made it unlikely that Lance was clean when he beat them. Now that the evidence is released - tainted though some of it may be, it goes from probably to most probably.

    Doesn't matter.

    The process can be guilty and bad at the same time that Lance can be guilty and bad.

    This is just something many people have a hard time grasping. Sometimes there are no "winners" or "good guys".
