Vulgarities, you've come to the right place me boy. I love vulgarities. I once worked in difficult, dirty construction, my family is from the deep South with my father being from Alabama, I was in the Army and in college so I pride myself in my lexicon of gross vulgarities. Have few beers with me and try and gross me out and you too can add to your lexicon.

    Travel disappointments:

The Great Wall was always on my bucket list and I was able to go about 5 years ago. It was great, but the experience in China itself was bad. It's become such a police state. At the conference I was at, we were constantly being surveilled. Creepy.

Similarly Turkmenistan. Police on every other corner watching, watching.

The poverty in India was almost too much to bear. But man, the Taj. Incredible.

    Some highlights:

    Petra in Jordan was amazing.

    Istanbul.

Koh Samui in Thailand long before it was discovered.

The Masai in Kenya, like those in @andalusian's picture.
