Due to the fact you mention Ratliff and Mohammed, I'm not sure whether your post was serious or tongue-in-cheek. With Ratliff, it had to be TIC.
On that note I'll never forget the 93-94 season when Brown WAS with Indiana. The Pacers started the season 16-23 but went on to reach the Eastern Conference Finals a few months later and actually lead the series 3-2! He's very good at getting his teams to play better and better as the season goes on.
Brown is notorious for wanting to trade his entire roster after every practice. I also happen to know that Randy Woods was his choice for Clippers' draft pick. After that, even Elgin Baylor knew better than to listen to him. He's sort of the anti-Isiah Thomas. (Although neither of them should be in charge of trades and FAs.)
