If they updated that list this year or in 5 years, LeBron, Dwyane Wade, Tim Duncan, Steve Nash, Kobe Bryant, Kevin Garnett, and probably Tracy McGrady, Dirk Nowitzki, Allen Iverson would have to make the list.

The average score now is probably 20 points higher than 30 years ago, average that over a season and scoring the same amount now as 30 years ago isn't comparable.
Re: LBJ: Triple-Double in his Debut!!! The only reason points occur more is because of the 24 second shot clock and the 3 pt stripe.But also, factor in the fact that the game is more physical and athleticism is at an all-time high... playing the game back then was "easier" than currently.
