I asked my niece what she knew about Gordon Sondland since she knows the father of a fellow student at OES who is the President of a chain of upscale hotels in Portland. It turns out that Sondland had two children, one of which is a daughter who is the same age as my great niece, now at Emory and a son a couple years older, who both attended OES. My niece has even been invited to the home of Gordon and his wife.

Gordon is something of a philanthropist who has paid the Oregon Art Museum so that all children may attend for free. He is philanthropic in other ways too, but I didn't learn what other ways.

Gordon's wife's mother was a survivor of the Nazi death camps so I'm a little curious why he would send his children to Oregon Episcopal School, a Christian school. But then OES is one of the best prep schools in America and the son of the Samsung President also sends his son there.

Sondland and his wife both appeared to my niece as being somewhat abrasive. She said how he appeared as a witness for the Impeachment hearings was how he appeared to her. She said he was an experienced businessman but struck her as being an ill equipped diplomat.

Sondland's son graduated from Duke and his daughter, my great niece's age is now a student at Duke in her second year.

Sondland lives near Council Crest and not far from where my parents used to live.

I hope this paints a little bit more of who and what Gordon Sondland is.

Sad that children who don't choose their parents sometimes suffer from their misdeeds. I have little sympathy for Sundland, he supported Bush, then Rubio, then jumped on Trump train. Bought ambassadorship for which he had no qualifications and then chose to be part of shadow foreign policy. Lied under oath. Then pretends not to know Burisma was code for Biden.

Less John Dean than Sammy the Bull. OK, that's exaggeration, but he's no hero.

I should add that I don't know anything about Sondland's children other than their ages, where they went to prep school, where they went to college and the neighborhood they lived in.

Sundland is nothing but a braggart ass clown who is in way over his head. It was very obvious in his testimony and seeks the limelight. The typical type of person that trump puts in his administration.

Sondland single-handedly sank the already listing "impeachment" attempt, when he made it crystal clear in repeated testimony that there was no qpq, that Trump told him "I WANT NOTHING. I WANT NOTHING.", that despite being told the opposite he somehow took it upon himself to "PRESUME" Trump wanted him to disobey a direct order.

All other witnesses said their hearsay originated with Sondland.

My niece said he does have a good sense of humor. This goes a long way in my book.
