Im sure there will be, but there are addicts in basically every walk of life.
But there really isn’t much proof that professional gaming makes people video game addicts. Also it’s a fairly new thing in the history of humanity there’s a good chance we will figure it out.

Yeah, they build rehab centers as a way to "figure it out"

No they build rehab centers for people who need help.
The funny thing is your mind is made up about esports / professional gaming, and mine too so there’s really not much point in having the conversation.
I don’t have any interest in being a pro gamer or watching esports but I don’t care if others do.

This must be the first time in history that arguing on the internet failed to arrive to a consensus.

When people use guttural language it means there's a great deal of frustration. This frustration is sometimes because the utterer isn't proficient enough in the English language to express his/her feelings. Other times it's because the person using the language feels they've encountered a blockhead who has resisted any of the many forms of logical arguments given. I'm gonna say the former is the more likely scenario in this case.

I'd say that having you on ignore means missing out on some really good gems and I don't mean that in a pejorative way.

Look, he made up some shit on how much money I personally make (even though i'm not one to flaunt or discuss). It was a dick swinging contest on a message board.

Then says, in so many words, "you're a dumbass, I don't believe you". It just shows low character, as if I made fun of someone here for being a single parent, unemployed, unable to talk to girls or whatever else there is that people do. I just don't make judgements on poster's lifestyle choices or situations in life(even though i make broad generalizations and will call people out on hypocrisy).

And I swear alot. If somone is being a bitch, i'll call them a bitch.

If you have to publicly announce it, its virtue signaling.

I'm not the blockhead ignoring logic in an argument.
    So I'd say you're wrong.

I actually brought logic to the topic with other examples.
Only for the OP to continue with 'deadbeat, gaming addiction, basement dwellers'.

With all the drones in the military now I could see where being good at video games could lead to a career in the US armed forces.

I had trouble controlling an 0.49 engine airplane when I was a kid of about 10. All you could do is make it go up down and in a circle. It only had two wires for hanging on for dear life. Even when starting the damn thing I often flooded the engine with gasoline.

I imagine I could control a drone in a near rudimentary manner after lots of practice.

Asia is known for going TOO hard in video games. Everybody plays games whether it be on your smartphone or if you indeed play console or pc, etc. Anything can be addictive and destructive. Shit, working out can be destructive if you push too hard every day. Literally anything
