If you ask some on here, there was no altercation at all. An armed 17 year old just rolled up and started shooting random people for fun.

 

Kyle is a doofus. But if the evidence was not there to convict, this is the right outcome. Take emotions out of it. Blame the prosecution if you feel this is an injustice. They didn't do a good enough job.
