<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>exactly what my point is, he had 1 good season and all of a sudden he is being compared to isiah thomas...........I got nothing against cp3 and yes maybe he'll end up better than thomas but to compare him to one of the 50 greatest players after 1 good year.</div>Nobody said he is as good as Isiah Thomas, I am comparing his playing style to Isiahs. If you watch both of these guys play then you would know what I am talking about. They play freakishly similar.

I knew it, that post wasn't towards you............I understand why you wrote it.............I'm sorry if I made it look that way. :beerchug:

That 1 season set the standard for what we will see in the future. Just thinking of what he can do to improve and get better, more comfortable with the NBA... it's amazing.A few good years won't change my mind either... he's great now, he'll be better in a few years.

Then what happened, there's is nothing wrong imagining what cp3 is capable of doing but to say that he'll end up having a better career after 1 good season is premature. If we're comparing a Duncan then it's ok since, since he's been in the league long enough............cp3 has been in the league for 1 year..............so many things can happen injuries, drugs, etc. we don't know. Is he capable, yes but don't say that this guy is already better than isiah because of what he did.

He had arguable one of the best rookie seasons that the NBA has seen in a very long time and he just got a great shooter in Peja who is going to boost his APG stats. Im sorry, but he WILL be better than Isiah.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (lakersfoelyfe @ Oct 11 2006, 10:48 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>There's no denying of cp3's talent, let give me an example..........Amare Stoudemire, where is he now ??? if you look at his first few years it would be easy for us to say that he can end up better than karl malone right.
