Defending Lakers seems to be your niche. I've noticed it before.

It'd still be a flagrant foul regardless as Leonard didn't make a basketball play (he's good at that).

    Stupid foul either way

Hey ref I would like to hear your take. I know you think the NBA is soft, but being that it is a soft NBA was that a Flag 1 Flag 2 or just personal foul.

Do you think refs factor in the situation of the game and who the player is when making that decision? Do the refs have any discretion when making this call or does every single ref call it the same way in these circumstances?

Curious minds want to know . . .

Why would you even contest that? Something is wrong with this guy in the head

Are you forreal here? If the guy wants to show his toughness, he should do it when the game is actually in question, not with 10 seconds left in garbage time. This is just fake, forced toughness that isn't actually... tough. And it isn't the first time he's done this. Remember the game in Philly where he got suspended?

It was fantastic. The guy had already given Leonard a couple of shots in that game. They got tangled up, Leonard got some leverage and wasn't going to back down, the other guy pulled him down on top of him and threw the elbow. The elbow was more dangerous and aggregious than the take down. The Lakers incident was more accidental than anything. He wasn't being malicious.

This wasn't something that Leonard did with any forethought. Hell, it wasn't done with any thought whatsoever. I think it was an involuntary reaction to the elbow he took to the side, and by the time his brain caught up with what his body was doing (seems to be a pattern with him, no?) he had already pulled the guy down...

I want him to shave his head and grow some facial hair. Maybe a porn stache.

Nice that we finally have a player who realizes games are 48 minutes long.
