HCP, I wrote that in the Dog Days without NBA basketball I am watching the A's. You brought up avatar, not me. And as others said, I have yet to see you comment negatively on the straight boys posting nearly nude women.

I prefer fat, muscular women who know how to wring a mop. In case I ever get stuck on a desert island.

I have watched Gilligan's Island every afternoon for 50 years, and those two skinny broads are good for NOTHING.

I honestly can't remember seeing that happen, but I'm sure it has.

Very few people give a fuck about avatars, and apparently crandc is one of them.

I don't like her avatars because they aren't very work appropriate. I don't want my boss walking by, or my son viewing the site to read me posts while I recover and seeing pictures of half naked men on my screen. Just as I don't want my boss walking by, or child seeing and seeing half naked women on my screen. it forces me to turn avatars and sigs off, thus making it harder for me to locate certain posters posts.

So the reason you care about her avatar is because no one cares about them?

Wait a second.. You can just hide all avatars by clicking one box in the settings... What's all the hubbub about?

I've never noticed crandc complain about others' avatars, or bring them up, except in defense of her own. If she has, I've missed it. In this case, she only discussed her avatar because someone else gave her shit about her own. Again.

crandc's avatar doesn't bother me in the slightest, which is why, until now, I've never commented on it. I guess since it doesn't stir any repressed, confused yearnings in me, I just ignore it. Personally, I think tlong's avatar is the boss, and hard to ignore. I'm old fashioned that way.

I agree no one should give a shit about avatars, unless they cause a problem at work, I suppose. One thing I do know, is that this group would argue with God on Sunday. If it isn't one thing, it's another.

    The Dog Days, indeed.

You mean I'm supposed to read the thread before I comment?

    Well fuck this! Never!
