You have the word of someone who didn't show up for press conferences, and has had the case thrown out 3 times now. She chose a civil court because there's a much lesser burden of proof and because the claim would harm Trump's election chances. There is no statute of limitations for rape in NY. If there's a crime, he'd be prosecuted. Why didn't she come forward all along? Not believable.
Well, see, that's the funny thing. Nobody here is racist. You just decide to call everyone a racist, when you disagree with what they say when its critical towards black people. You see race in almost every discussion. You're so jaded into thinking every person out there is an enemy of yours. Instead of name calling, and inciting violence, try other tactics that you implore everyone to use here (which you rarely use yourself).

See, in this thread we have multiple reasons why I would murderize everyone here. I got picked on by highschool kids when I was 10 or 11 because I was their size. Most big kids never have to fight. I have Dviss' mentality with size. Watch out or I'll come to Mt Tabor and throw some people off of it.
I don't own a firearm. Nor do I need one. Blue32 would have the advantage there. In my opinion only fearful people own guns.
Remember that you don't use the same definition that we all do. I'm literally not racist if you define it as believing an entire race of people is inferior just because of genetics. I don't believe that for a second. I can't remember exactly how you defined it but I remember their being a huge difference.

I'm pretty sure everyone on this board (and, well, in general) is racist in some form, but it's all to varying degrees. If you can't admit that, you're, one, an idiot. And two, racist.
A black person or any minority believing that their race is superior does not have any effect on your life. It doesn't affect your housing, job, Health, etc. The people that have systems in place designed to oppress, do have effect on the lives of those who they feel are inferior. That's the difference. People will complain about racism when it really doesn't affect them at all. It affects me everyday. I know when I go out to Lake Oswego to referee that I have to work twice as hard as my white counterpart.
I get it. I'm not saying all people act on racism, at least not knowingly or intentionally. But I do believe everyone is inherently racist in some form. And there have been a few brain studies that have been said to prove it.
I think get it and I would be furious too. I kinda wonder if the fact that some black people overcome the adversity they face to do really well are somehow proof to whites that there isn't any adversity in the first place. Then I wonder why white people can't ask themselves how much better that black guy would be doing if he didn't have obstacles to clear.
I would have got up and smack that phone out of his hand and dared him to do something. And then in that black owned restaurant I probably would have whooped his ass. I have no tolerance for intolerance.
