Brass will play, and Carcillo sits. He may get suspended anyway.

Saw the reply where he kind of shoved the ref. He being out may not be by choice.

It is rare. Pitt was swept in the ECF last season, but usually doesn't happen these days. Just win game 4...please. That is all I ask and then we are good to go. But Montreal won't hand it to us. We need to earn it and play a full 60. We may even be a little flat at the start, but we need to overcome that and get a huge win. All that matters now.

    We all called it today.

I agree except I say 6 for us like I thought at the start.

    What we do...:).

Prust should be out for a game or two. Not that it matters that much with that overpaid scrub.

I would be quite upset if they don't win game 4. I think they come out and play a much better game.

    Once, maybe twice?

So you're saying he played better than the Habs goalie? Is that what you're saying?

He made 2 or 3 really good saves but there was a ton of missed nets. Either way he'll have more confidence so the Rangers have to find a way to plant some doubt in him. The dmen have to do a better job shooting on the pp.

Yeah, doesn't matter a whole lot either way, but I wouldn't be surprised either way with how consistently inconsistent the league has been with its discipline.

I'd prefer they don't suspend him really. With our luck the scrub they dress to take his place will score the game winner against us, lol.

Prust should be suspended. The ref shouldn't have grabbed Carcillo like that, and shouldn't had gotten a Charge because he didn't leave his feet.

    And I agree 100% Mess.

I know you guys don't agree, and that is cool everyone has their own opinions, but after the 1st I thought we were just okay. Sure we had some solid moments. Yes we swarmed late to tie it at 2, but the shots and chances show pretty even after the 1st, and that is the game I saw.

I thought we were okay after the 1st. Certainly nothing to be ashamed of, but nothing amazing either.

I fully expect a better full game on Sunday night. I was a coin toss tonight, and that's how it played out. No surprise to me.

Yup, far too many good scoring chances where they missed the net completely. You also have to give Montreal credit for keeping a good amount of the Ranger shots to the outside.

And BTW...for once give the other team some credit. They forced a lot of our ups and downs tonight. Again this was their game 7, and they knew they had to play huge, and we still went to OT when we had a little house money. Nothing to be ashamed of. Just win game 4. And let's not miss the net so much this way we can pressure the kid some more.

We had 14 shots in the 1st. 13 in the 2nd. And just 10 in the 3rd and OT combined. Credit Montreal.

It's like I said. Too many fools around here who never think there's another team out there on the ice trying to win as well.
