I wouldn't like it. Which is why it irritates me when some of our fans describe some of our players with similar words. Maybe we should all check ourselves.
People are aggravated when people use nepotism but I can tell you this, every black person I've given this perspective to understands completely. I understand that it's not a conventional thought. I don't like nepotism either. But to see a person who's ancestors weren't even allowed to learn how to read wield it is something to say IMO.
I'm glad this is fake. I'm also glad that that was able to be found out. It's ok y'all, those have become victim to it. We all have. It should be a lesson to vet every single piece of info that comes before you. With AI and deepfake stuff, it's becoming increasingly harder to tell what's real and what's fake.
It appears to have come from a random post on Facebook (I posted a link on page one). It has not been picked up or used by other actual reputable sources. Therefore it is easy to ascertain it is fake.
Sly and I had a conversation and this is exactly what we chose to do. It can be a good lesson for fact checking and looking to see if multiple reputable sources have run the same story. With the rise of AI and people trying to get hits there is lots of spam out there. Pay attention.
