wait a minute...that can't be right...that would mean we have a thread here based upon bullshit. That's not the S2 I know
This seems to be a pretty new phenomenon (against Denver/GS) and one that seems to have coincided with his injury. I don't recall him doing it nearly as much before that.
I'd like to see him become an elite rebounder and rim protector. Also since Wheels is out Dame could call the games for radio while he plays. barfo
Ohh don't be ridiculous. He cant run from the floor to the broadcast booth during plays. He has to do the pregame, halftime, and post game shows. Save the team some salary considering he owes them for being such trash!
Thread title seems to be a lie. Nowhere does Damian say that. He already has perfected the step-back 3, so I don't think he's going to spend his summer on it.
Not that he should listen to me, but IMO Dame should work on a reliable floater, ala CJ. For one thing, he'd take a lot less pounding than taking it to the backboard every drive. For another, it would help keep the defense off balance, increasing his effectiveness when he does drive. For yet another, there is absolutely no question he could perfect it if he were determined to do so.
The BIGGEST thing Dame should work on this season (if I was coaching him I would say): Movement without the ball and having the physical fitness to do it. That's his next evolution IMHO. The way Steph Curry moves without the ball is amazing and he never.. stops... moving... He gets SO MANY easy shots from it.
That also demands a scheme change from Stotts. The Warriors constantly are setting off ball screens too.
