LMA to CHICAGO was discussed last summer

    You'd think that someone who is going to use TS% would realize what an impact 3-point shooting has on TS%. Throw in the fact that Love is primarily an outside threat in a set offense, while LMA can post up and demand a double, which leaves Batum and Matthews with open looks at 3 on perimeter rotation out of the double.

    Trading LA for Noah would have been stupid for both teams. Trading Boozer, Butler, and a Pick would have been better for Portland. The team gets a young stud at SG/SF and a lottery pick from the Bobcats/ Hornets. Chicago gets a real second scoring option while keeping Noah who is essential to their team defense. But it did not happen.
