regardless of our feelings for him in a basketball sense, this transcends all that. I don't wish life threatening anything on anyone, not even Meyers. Actually I may reserve the right on that one..... I hope LMA gets well and can continue to play ball and have a career doing what he loves. I still hope they lose every game, but thats different.
Really? The spurs are what we strive for. Fuck the warriors and their bitch asses. But pop is the man. Never have had any hate for the spurs.
Fuck every every team but the Blazers. I have no love for anyone else. I admit I root for the Spurs over certain teams, but the day they got LMA was the day my hate grew for them.
I bet this is Fake News from Pop. Rest his second star for the playoffs. I see LA like Drexler, hate him for leaving but understand why he did, home town and all.
We really dodged a bullet there. We could be having to listen to him right now instead of Calabro and Hurd.
I tend to agree with this. I have had a heart arrhythmia for years. While I am in no way trying to minimize the risks, it should not preclude living a "normal" life. I had the same procedure as LA. It did not "take", so I am on medication to keep it under control, along with taking a blood thinner to minimize the stroke risk even further. Physical activity (or so I've been told) is not much of a risk factor, if any. In fact, it has been made clear to me that I need to step up my physical activity and to really push myself, which I have tried to do and have had no adverse effects whatsoever. If anything, I felt better in the long run and the occasional arrhythmia episodes have virtually disappeared. So............yeah, this is likely Pop resting his horses for the playoffs without getting excoriated by the fans and media and fined by the league.....but again, I'm not a doctor and I am in no way minimizing the risks. That said, I wish LA the best. And suspect that Pop is a crafty and devious MF.
All NBA aside. Sad situation for sure. Hope he gets better and can play again, so we can beat his ass in the playoffs.
