Z-Bo is looking to buy property in the Portland metro again. Looking at the MLS listings today there aren't many properties that are more expensive than the one he has, or is now selling at $2.3m.
In retrospect I could be mis-remembering. It might have been an incoming player she helped. Regardless, this was back when MLS entries were harder to find online. And they can be a leading indicator.
Lamarcus owns property and acreage outside Portland that he's yet to build on...rich people sell houses all the frickin' time..big deal. He's about to come into the most money a 29 year old could ever hope to have. I think he's got enough to lease a penthouse while he builds his new one. Amy might just be Pop's secret lover. Freeland has one in Spain..this could get really complicated if we dig deeper!
Damon Stoudamire's house went up for sale like 2-3 years before he was gone. And remains for sale to this day. I'm wondering if LA purchased the home from Damon (or had maybe been renting), given a couple of LA-related signs left on the gate in recent days.
I mean, realistically she's a hot 20 something Blazer fan...nothing wrong with that. It's just unfortunate that she is taking after the other Portland media goons. We have a winner! My mom is good friends with Damon's mom. LMA has been renting Damon's house for awhile now. I dont think this rumor is true. If LMA had a house, why wouldnt he be living in it instead of renting Damon's house? LMA tried buying a house next to my Aunt and Uncle's house a couple years ago but the owners didnt want to sell.
