OT Looks like I'm having a heart operation

    They do two CAT scans today, one at the VA and one at OHSU. The one at OHSU is highly specialized and has that type of CAT scanner in the state. They need to know if they can go in through a thigh artery or if they'll have to go through the chest to correct my failing heart valve.
    Stay tuned, I wish all of you could be there for the operation. Please make the effort.I assume the operation will be at the VA. I suddenly love all of you, Dammit.

    My only concern about doing the surgery through your groin is the shock those nurses are going to have when they see under your kilt.
