And Josh McRoberts - although you can't have both him and Bayless. Sergio - meh. Rudy - how much of that was Nate and how much was Trevor Ariza? I'm sure we could get Taureen Green back. He still owes us 3 or 4 wins. BNM

This is amazing... the font, the explosions, the use of d-league PER... Amazing. As for Babbitt: I wasn't sure he was going to pan out, but I know that if/when a player has an amazing ability to shoot the ball, he has a chance to stick in the league. Babbitt might just be on a hot streak, but hopefully he comes back to earth at a level that lets him contribute next year when we all want the Blazers to win every game Ed O.
Seems like 8-12 with a couple long bombs is his new average. I can get on board with that, and with him as a rotation player. If teams aren't scouting him a little, they're idiots, so it's not like he's not being guarded well. He just needed a haircut.
Teams are definitely not giving Babbitt as much room out at the three point line as they were just a few games ago. His setup and release are a bit slow, but deadly if you give him room. When they run out and take away his three-pointer, he doesn't hesistate to put it on the floor and look to pass or go into the lane for the teardrop or bank shot, which he can make. He's not very polished at it yet, but give him time, and minutes. If Batum's knees are bothering him, they should sit Batum and play Babbitt more.
Babbitt showed tonight that he had a little hookshot in his arsenal and he could hit the 3 pointer from deep against the Suns. I already bought his jersey last week as a believer for a 3 baller and building confidence in his game play. Defensively, yes he needs to improve more but its obvious he can score.
