Yeah, and? This reinforces what I stated. This is not unique throughout history.

Once again, you act as though these events are unique to the US. Not so, Cowboy..

No, it shows you humans are capable of living together without war. They lived without war for 160 years. Get your mind right.

It doesn't excuse the US by saying "hey other countries do it too".

It doesn't excuse it and that's a tired argument.

I care that this shit is happening in MY country. Or maybe I'm not a "real American" in some people's eyes.

Are you trying to say that Native Americans were all "Living together without war"?

You know, I am going to give you the benefit of doubt, and believe that you are being intentionally obtuse.

Bud, no one is questioning you being an American. History by definition is a past tense.

And its no an argument of "other countries do it" rather a statement of fact that the advancement of one culture over another has been a constant from the dawn of time, including the domination of Homo Sapiens over other sub human beings.

And they're Natives. They were here before we called this place America.

Mexicans, Canadians, Nicaraguans, Brazilians, El Salvadorians, Colombians, Cubans etc

    ALL AMERICAN.

Most Mexicans are native Indians, or are by blood.

It’s a misconception that the Mayans disappeared. They’re everywhere throughout the country.

Very true. I used to work with a lot of Guatemalans as well that spoke about 70% Mayan, with English and Spanish as secondary and tertiary languages. Southern Mexico is very simular.

Native Americans lived mostly in harmony with the Europeans for centuries. The Spanish committed genocide from the day they sent in the conquistadors. The trail of bodies went from the Caribbean to California to Central America.

While it’s a terrible fact that Europeans did commit genocide and other crimes against humanity, but that was in the 1870s onward.

From the 1400s until the 1870s, there were skirmishes between the peoples, but there were similar ones with Irish and Chinese and others. Clash of cultures.

As westward settlement grew, the Indians were crowded and their religious sites trampled. The Indians defended their territory and the Europeans felt it was up for grabs. Manifest Destiny would not be stopped, at all costs.

What FDR did to Japanese Americans during WW II was a crime against humanity as well. And frankly, the forced migration of millions of immigrants would be a crime against humanity as well.

That single act should be a rally call to support the Constitution and demand the leader of the Nation follow the constitution.
It does not seem to have any effect though.
