The posters of Rip City Two are leading the search for the missing flight? Where was my invite?

When the Titanic sank, they knew the location within a few miles. It was 12,000 feet down. 75 years later they had the technology to find it.

About 3 weeks after the plane sank, I predicted that it will take a generation to find it, with new technology. Just give up until then.

Why look anyway. They already know what to do. Make it so that no one can turn off the automatic reporting of location.

The whole search for this plane is mind boggling to me. Nothing about the theory that it somehow flew uncontrolled to end of it's fuel in the opposite direction it started out is foolish. Especially in view of the facts
that not one peace of the plan has been found, man, seat cushion or ladies purse, nothing.

I expect it is much more likely we see this plane return when no one is expecting it to do so.

I'm with you on this one, Marzy. I am convinced we'll see this sumbitch turn up again some day, and we won't like the scenario one bit.

    I sure hope we're wrong.

It was either Bush or the gays. I see no reason to blame the gays, do you? So we are all agreed.

I think the plane is on a deserted island, probably in a place called Andeman, and will probably be discovered 20 years from now by some guy on a Kanu.

I remember when this happened. I was caught up in the mystery of it. Flight 370 seemed to have just disappeared into thin air, then was found to have turned around and flown over the straight of Malacca, and south into the Indian Ocean.
I remember everyday there was some new detail. It took over a week to get the redirected flight path. Then there was the too passengers with fake passports. Then it was found that the pilot had flown the same path into the Indian Ocean on his flight simulator at home.
All the crazy theories came out of the woodwork. It was flown to a secret terrorist base to be used later, it was shot down by the United states for flying to close to Diego Garcia. Over three years later and they have yet to find the plane. If it was hijacked to be used later, it seems like later would have come.
Really this "mystery" is solved even though it isn't. Captain Zaharie Ahmad Shah who had practiced flying planes into the Indian Ocean on his simulator, waited till his flight was in a grey zone between air traffic controls, lured his co pilot out of the cockpit, probably by asking him to bring some attractive females to the cockpit which the co pilot was known for doing, locked the door, and switched off the transponders to hide his location, rerouted the plane, flew to 45,000 feet to kill the passengers, before flying the plane and attempting to soft land it in the ocean, killing himself, the crashed plane sank to the bottom of the Ocean, and there it will sit until it is found.

DAMN IT @Chris Craig ! When a zombie thread pops up, I like to read the whole thing before looking at the resurrecting post. You just caused me to read that whole thread, that was from before I joined.... Well, at least you didn't just post something like "The aliens did it...". Lol

You forgot part where Kurt Russell busts out of the lower deck of the airplane and busts a cap in Captain Shah's head. He then procedes to safely fly the plane to the same place the Red October is stored while Halle Berry sucks on his dong. Am I doing this right?

Right and Steve Segal gets sucked out of a hole in the bridge between the airliner and the F-117 stealth aircraft attached to it with bravo team in it and dies. Best part of the movie.

You know I think Executive Decision was Segal's best movie.
