I would want to get Jonathan Isaac and a first from Orlando.

That's what my brother (Wolves fan) says too, but i think it would make sense. Why do they need three top notch centers? They definitely need a top combo guard. I think MN is more ready to compete for a championship than ORL or HOU so they might be more willing to give up youth for experience.

OK, if you think they would need more, I will propose a trade that almost everyone here would hate. Brogdon PLUS Walker for Reid, Troy Brown and Shake Milton.

LOVE Jonathan Isaac's game, but not as much as I hate him as a person.

I am confused about why you would even suggest it. Do you love Reid that much? Or you just don't like Walker?

I do love Reid. he is in the 79th percentile of TS%, 84th percentile of rim protection. and 80th percentille of block %. Now if we were sure Robert Williams III wuould ever be really healthy, maybe we wouldn't need him. Williams actually has better TS% and block % but his rim defense is way lower. I do like Walker, kind of put that in there for Rasta just to see how valuable he thinks Reid is.

If you can fleece Houston for Robert Williams you do it in a heartbeat in my opinion

HOU is not parting with any of their young wings.

How do you know who is available? What about KJ Martin? He barely plays for PHI.

Agreed. RW3 will be out of the league in three years; we have zero use for him, and it would be foolish to keep him

Minnesota lost a couple close games lately. They just need a little bit more. They don't have a really good backup point guard or shooting guard. Brogdon could do both and his experience and coolness under pressure would be a great addition. Adding him would give them a good chance to compete for the championship right now.
It's been said that Portland is looking for good young players, not draft picks and Naz Reid would be perfect. If Robert Williams somehow gets healthy they could just trade one of them. I don't think MN will miss Reid much, they already have two outstanding centers and they have Leonard Miller and Luke Garza waiting in the wings. Brogdon for Reid and filler would be a fair deal for both teams.

Cronin couldn't trade Brogdon at deadline because of injury? Cronin never had any intention of trading Brogdon? Is this why Cronin cut his press conference short?

What i do know is the FO is super busy evaluating the 4 new rookies Portland gets to draft. Gotta pick the right ones so teams get jealous and give Cronin a call. Bundle and move up, or package for a future pick/player options o'plenty.
