I wish you would use your linguistic interest to e-mail some of those manhater TV programs and complain about sexist words like womanizer, cad, heel, etc. Manhating is mainstream in the American culture, while words like bitch aren't allowed in the mainstream media. Because the media pushes feminism, the 2 types of slang differ greatly in amount of accepted usage, like an ant and an elephant. You are putting the tail before the donkey.
I only hope I can live up to those words. I think it was Confucius or Glenn Beck who said, "In the end, the Earth will be swallowed by an expanding Sun. So in the longer perspective, it's not that big a deal."
