    I think he means that Kilimnik gave the data not to Russian oligarch Deripaska as reported, but to two Ukrainian oligarchs instead.

    It may not make a difference in reality, since the two Ukrainians are allied with Russia.

    Edit: and since Kilimnik himself is GRU...
