So CJ is a piece to our championship puzzle? Or is CJ a good trading chip for our championship puzzle?

Wow - Damian Lillard is 80th among point guards in DRPM. I didn't even know there were 80 PGs in the league...

Orion Bailey and HailBlazers like this.

I think that question is impossible to answer because it all comes down to what you get in return. Yes CJ can be part of a championship team. (Whether he starts or comes off the bench) Yes I guess it is possible that some team will trade us a really good player for multiple Blazer players. (Including CJ) But good luck with that.

RHJ is first in the league among SGs in DRPM For a rookie that's pretty damn impressive. And it's not like he's getting help from his teammates.
(CJ is _50th_. Batum is 16th.)

Batum is racking up assists and doing well on the boards and shooting a lot of 3's. But I would not call him a really good wing scorer. He is just a really good three point shooter.....for now. We can always find stand still 3 pt shooters.

Like in previous years we need a SF who can score from everywhere. Especially in the paint. Batum btw is shooting under 40% from the field in the last 10 games. Aminu is doing better than that.
