Mavs got blown out tonight by the Grizz 109-92. Walker, Finley, and Nash all had poor shooting nights. This game reminds of the T'Wolves game when we played them after a loss and their big 3 all struggled. Hopefully the result won't be the same, but I can't say that I'm too optomistic. Lebron stumbled into the all star break, shooting very poorly and not taking it aggressively to the hole. We don't have enough offense to win against good teams if he struggles, so hopefully he can get back on track.
This will be a showcase game for both teams, considering they could be trading with each other in the next 2 days. The Mavs are interested in 'Z' and they are trying to rid themselves of the Walker and Jamison experiments. This will be a tough game for the Cavs, and like Redscoon mentioned, I don't think Cleveland has the firepower to keep up with the Mavs in this one. Mike Finley usually rises to the occasion against the better swing players in the league, and he will be gunning for LeBron in this game. The Mavs shot 40% tonight and still managed 92 points. They rarely have back to back off-nights, so they should be on from outside against the Cavs. The Cavs offensive rebounding keeps them in games, and the Mavs are vulnerable there, so the Boozer vs. Walker match-up is going to be key.

Hopefully you are yes! Than I would look at you as Jesus BTW: this is my 200 post (if many hadn't been deleted, I'd have alot of more of em )
^That's cause post padding is against guidelines Walker and Jamison combined for on;y 16 points in that loss last night, if we can keep them under 20 it will be a plus.
Cavs up 29/27 after one Cavs went on a 13-0 run to end the quarter James has 8, 1, and 5 Boozer has 6 and 8 Z has 8, 2, and 1 Mavs started this game red hot then cooled off after Steve Nash left for a break.
James with 5 assits already is a good sign. It would be nice if the Cavs would at least start getting hands in the face of the Mavs shooters. As soon as Nash went to the bench the Mavs fell apart.
The mav's are just a really good team. The cav's have a chance, but I'm saying the mav's win this one by 6
Im gonna take mavericks by 4. Cavs are playing real well so far but the forth quarter is still far away, if they can build on this lead they might have a chance or else no.
Mavs up 63/53 @ the half Mavs mad an 8-0 run to end the quarter James has 12, 1, and 6 Boozer has 14, 9, and 1 Z has 9, 3, and 1 Dirk has 14, 6, and 4 Finley has 14, 3, and 1 Nash has 7, 2, and 5
Scott Williams has 10. If you are a center with no offensive game to speak of, you can bank on having a killer game agains the Cavs. We keep getting caught on pick and rolls with huge mismatches. Pick and rolls have been a thorn in our side all year, and we seem to be making no progress in trying to defend them. If we keep playing this phantom defense where Dallas is getting easy put backs and wide open jumpshots for Nowitzki and Finley, we have no chance. If Dallas hadn't gone cold midway thru the 1st, they could easily have had 75 points at the half. Bad outside shooting and bad defense isn't going to beat good teams.
Mavs up 95/77 after 3 Scott Williams has 16 and 4 on 7-7 shooting from the field. James has 14, 2, and 9 Boozer has 24, 12, and 1 Z has 11, 3, and 1 McInnis has 11 and 6 assists Williams, Finley, Nash, and Dirk have all scored over 16 points
Cavs getting raped out there. When Boozer and Ilgauskas have more shots than LeBron, rarely are the Cavs going to win.

We just can't shoot the basketball people, we are not a very hard team to defend when we can't spread the floor.
I agree the cavs are getting raped out there, but giving boozer more shots than LeBron isnt neccesarily a bad thing.
Mavs win this one 114/98 There was almost a fight between Nash and Battie after a couple of terrible callls/no calls were made/not made against the Cavs. Why did James not play in the 4th? We were down 11-15 at many points and could have made a run or 2, so what's up with that? James had 16, 4, and 9, with a block Boozer had 24 and 14 Not anything else, that is what hurt Box Score
