Maybe the T-Wolves Should Have Traded for Paul Pierce

    I got your back tim....It takes a real T-Wolves fan to understand what you mean. After all that KG has done for Minnesota it seemed like the right thing to do. It was time for Minnesota to rebuild and it was a nice show of class to trade him to a team that he had a chance at winning right away. I'm just glad everyone seemed to win. We get a great young up and coming star, a great "glue" guy and KG gets his ring (and the loyaltyhe has for us still shows, by way of his post-finals interview). The only bad part is that the deal probably saved McHale's job for a couple more years...ugh!

    I see it too, when a star has poured 10+ years into a team and the GM/ownership can't deliver the players to help a star out, he has a right to want to move on.

    It happens in basketball and other sports. It's the guys who play 2-3 years and start griping that piss me off.
