    Yeah Roy Jones was great. Watch Demetrius Johnson or Jon Jones. Stephen Tohmpson, etc. It's not just ground and pound at all, if anything the sport has gotten more technical because everybody is getting so good

    Not to mention when they clinch in mma it's usually to throw a knee into the other dudes stomach, or worse. Mma fights looks grueling as hell.
