It's not just saying a negative word. It's getting more pissed off from reading that than anything in a while. Seriously? He doesn't care if we make shots if we give them up. Stotts says, jokingly, hey, let's be clear, though, I like you making shots. ROARR!!! get a grip.
Nice, but you left a couple off: John Canzano: Thinks it means that McCollum has a younger brother dying of cancer that will make for a nice column. Dwight Jaynes: Thinks it means Paul Allen wants to sell the team.
Yeah, I read this as that Stotts told him threes are fine, but he needs to defend threes and layups if he wants to play. CJ says Stotts doesn't care about threes. Stotts corrects him and says threes are good. The question is, what would Canzano say?
Canzano would say "Threes mean nothing if you think about the office secretary that lost her job in a cost-cutting move by the organization."
Correct, but what I'm saying is that elite defenses also have to have players who can put the ball in the bucket. Otherwise you end up like Memphis.
Wait a second--the young lady just made a crack about getting in a quickie, and nobody jumped on that? I don't recognize this place anymore...
