No, you stated he was self-diagnosing himself because he wanted to find a doctor who was open to using marijuana...
PM me...I have extensive first-hand knowledge and experience with this topic. On a side note, I am formulating the correct response to the naysayer(s) in the room...
I do not have a problem with anxiety but sometimes when I smoke I have awful panic attacks. That is the main reason why I quit; marijuana doesn't compliment my personality.
this can be a problem with some people, but i have a few friends who self medicate for anxiety issues, its kinda hit and miss for this i would say.
I think mine boils down to social anxiety. I get those panic attacks when I'm smoking with people I don't know or I'm not fond of.
For those of you who think cannabis should remain a Schedule 1 "narcotic" with "no medical benefit"...or even for those that are unaware of the ever-growing list of ailments that an all natural remedy of cannabis can help to alleviate and/or "cure"...check out Granny Storm Crow's List and let the education process begin! I'm all for legalizing it, but it should be a crime to distribute it to children, drive stoned, etc. I always thought of it as a medical "problem" and not a legal one. There's no victim, so there can be no crime.
So why should it be a crime to drive stoned? There is no victim involved, assuming you don't crash. barfo
Driving while black. Burned out taillight. Sobriety checkpoint. Being run into by someone else. Plenty of drunk drivers get busted without being an obvious threat. I remember reading about a three-car crash in downtown Portland a few years ago. Only one driver was at fault, but all three were legally drunk, so all three got arrested. Besides, how is being an "obvious threat" equivalent to there being a victim? barfo
