It's not an old man's game. I'm about as old as they get and honestly I'm retiring this year. At least I hope so. That's another question though. Right now there is a huge push to get women into iron because it's been a man's trade forever. The thing is Women really don't want to do it. It really is very hard and beats you up like no other trade out there. They usually get a year or two and ask themselves why? They can do other trades and make nearly as much and not hurt every day.
