Baron ejected in the first quarter. That's just great. Bad call it sounds like, but bad timing by Baron to give them an opportunity. If they focus, they should still be able to beat the Grizz, but that is a terrible mistake.

Yeah, sorry my sense of humor is slow sometimes. Didn't realize it until I posted it.

WTF did Baron just do? I'm still on my two week air/road trip and stuck in Ontario, CA waiting for my commuter flight home. Can only get on the internet.

Is it a one game ejection and how many game suspension?

He just got ejected from this game for I guess swiping some breath mints off the scorers table (or something like that) after he got the first T. I doubt there will be a suspension for it, he's already missing most of one game and it didn't seem that serious.

I guess neither Miller nor the grizzlies care about your fantasy team.</div>

Clippers weren't that great of a road team at the start of the season. But they're learning how to win without Cassell or Livingston. I mean why shouldn't they? That have a decent shooting guard + two quality big men, one of whom is a 20/10 allstar with shotblock ability and inside scoring footwork. The bench depth is not so great, but guys like Tim Thomas are pretty good. Quintin Ross is pretty decent.

    As for Miller, not surprised...

Breath mints? KNBR I thought said he kidnapped some chewing gum. Oh well, I wasn't really listening.

I figure this is a must win game for the Ws since they're at home and the Clips have won. After this, they got 5 out of 8 games on the road. We gotta win on the road to overtake the Clips or Nugz.

    Dayam.

How is Ontario? That's actually really close to home for me. The new Ottawa airport is pretty cool, I saw it a few years ago.

It's spreading out like everywhere else in So Cal. The weather is better than SF - Bay Area except for the smog (makes a big diff).

Ontario is a good airport to go for Disneyland. I'm leaving for the airport now because the security is extremely tight.

One thing the Warriors could use, is a player that can get to the FT line. Right now the Warriors have more FG's than the Grizzlies 34 to 33 and more 3 pointers made 11 to 4, but they are losing because the Grizzlies have 22FT made and the Warriors have 7FT made. One thing I liked about Diogu was that he could get to the FT line. Right now, nobody gets to the FT line besides Monta Ellis at times. A player who can get to the FT line is probably a player the Warriors could try to look for this offseason.

cory maggette could be that player. he has a terrible jumper and isnt a great passer either however.

Yeah he can get to the FT lines. Sometimes it's very annoying when he is playing the Warriors, but he can make it happen. It bugs me that Jason Richardson is 0-6 from the 3 range and only has 3 free throws. Jason has a good passing game with 7 assists and 1 turnover. So if that is a true improvement that he will keep up, the next thing he needs to focus on, especially this offseason is working to get to the FT line. I personally dont like how players practice drawing fouls like that as an art, but the Warriors need to start learning this art or else they will continue to make more FG's than the opponents and still manage to lose, like today or at least right now they are losing.

Great the Warriors won. This means that they are 35-39 and have the same amount of wins as the Nuggets. This is significant since the Nuggets are without Carmello I believe due to a leg injury (though I am not sure when he may return, as he may have already but I don't know). I say, go for 40 wins (5-3 the rest of the way) and pray that other things fall in place for the Warriors to make the playoffs. If they don't fall in place, at least 40 wins is somewhat of a milestone for the Warriors for this franchise over the last decade plus.

Well I think I was wrong about Carmello. I could have sworn that an ESPN highlite of a Nuggets game recently mentioned that Carmello left a game with a twisted ankle or something and might be out some time. But apparently it's not that bad of an injury since he's been playing. Anyway, I am happy that the playoffs are still a bit in reach. It would be nice to see the Sonics win tonight.

l listened to the game on the radio while I was working. It was close throughout, and the crowd sounded like it was going NUTS when Jrich started going off late in the game. Look at the assists for GS -- 39 vs. 22!! Sjax had 9, Monta had 9, JRich had 8, and Al had 5. Now THAT'S sharing the ball!!
    Go Warriors!

Wow, what a game. The warriors were getting tons of assists as a team without Baron Davis' playmaking skills. Jrich may have missed all his initial 3 point attempts, but he managed to hit all his free throws and perform down the stretch. Wow, I'll take it. 6 rebounds, 8 assists, 2 blocks, 2 steals, terrific.

Sjax gets 9 assists and only 3 turnovers + 2 blocks. Ellis got 9 assists and no turnovers, but mysteriously shot only 60% at the foul line? Man... For a guy with a money midrange pullup jump shot, he can't even make the foul shots... what's up? He got a few steals and some blocks as well, though.

Pietrus 7 rebounds and 4 blocks. Wow! Biedrins got 18 rebounds.

Good game down the stretch. That's the only warriors I care about if the Warriors hadn't dug themselves in a hole in the first half. I just care about the 4th quarter ball.

I think it's hilarious that our small players could probably average more shotblocks than our big players if that was their role throughout the season. Dang...

Good to see the Warriors come back in the 4th quarter. Way to carry the team on your back Jrich! 35-39. It sounds so good, yet so far away. My predictions are right on so far except for that win against the Suns. That was my conservative prediction and I figured we would be able to steal 1 or 2 here and there. Lets just hope we can steal 1 or 2 more on the road trip coming up. Best chance of that looks like possibly Houston...

Houston? Oh man, we got nobody that can defend Yao, unless we plan to take the ball at him every time. Sjax will have to guard T-mac and that might be tough as well.
