Having Canzano write about the Blazers is like having me write about the Lakers. I'd be finding any and every way to write erroneous subterfuge on the team and undermine them in every way. I'd never go to the games except when Portland is in town. And then despite not being around the franchise or team in any way all season, I'd act like I have some type of insider knowledge on their horrible Laker culture because, well, I hate them and Damian smiled at me in the back hallway. I even got to touch his arm.
How much longer until Cazano replaces Sean Spicer for Trumps press secretary? He's full of shit enough, has no ethical standards, and is in the next stage of balding beyond Spicer, basically a perfect fit!

And deservedly do... We have ONE team in the four major professional sports, and he is a sports columnist that attended two games and spent zero seconds in the locker room. And yes, I understand he's a columnist, not a beat writer, but when you write about sports, you might want to actually spend a little time around the team you are paid to write about. How the hell does someone who puts so little effort into his job still have one? BNM

He's no fan of the Blazers, he has no place writing about them. We should all put the money together to buy a warriors Jersey with Clownzano written on the back and send it to Canzano.
Traitor? I think Canzano has been pretty up front about not being a blazer fan to try to keep some level of unbiasness. He is a bully and asshole sure. But i don't think he can be called a traitor.
