    Basically. Hate speech isn't allowed. It wasn't just the stuff about gay marriage today, but using insulting terms for homosexuals, stereotyping lesbians offensively, blaming riots on blacks and Latinos...today's incident just convinced us to pull the plug for a while.

    People who troll to the extent that is disrupts the use of the forum would be dealt with. Otherwise, we prefer to err on the side of less suspensions/bans. We'd like to be as non-authoritarian as possible. ;) I'd prefer to sweep threads like this up then go for a suspension/ban, and I think Ed and barfo feel similarly.

    Since moderation has become a topic of interest, I thought I'd make this post. People are free to PM me, Ed or barfo if they'd like further explanation on anything or to discuss anything further.

    I still didn't see anything from Rubio that was worth a ban. The guy had me on ignore, but I enjoyed his idiotic and misguided views on both basketball and life in general due to his own ignorace. :dunno:
