    At this point, I'd be shocked if we didn't land Hedo eventually, unless we started lowballing him with offers because we thought we could get him cheaper.

    Hedo said that he was coming to Portland to meet management, check out the training site, see the town, etc. That's what he's been doing yesterday and today, so we're right on schedule. It wouldn't make sense for him to sign a contract and then come to Portland. First things first.

    Why?

    With whom else is he going to speak?

    Did Detroit have to have both of their guys visit for a few days before signing?

    I don't understand why the Turkoglu-Portland deal is different from everyone else that's agreed around the NBA so far this week.
