It shows 4th place on ESPN http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/stand...p=conference&seasontype=2&standType=standings
Sorry i'm late, and I don't want to revive a dead conversation, but in my eyes, Paul isn't just in the top tier of the NBA, to me (and this is imo), he is arguably the best in the NBA, right there with LeBron. I think it is silly talk to not put him in the top tier because he ONLY scores 22 a night (he scores the same as B-Roy....) and averages 11 assissts a night! LOL.
Magic hammering Jazz Up 18 late in the first half. DWill got crushed on a pick by D-12. Looks like he injured his leg.
Is it really necessary to move every single thread started about a game involving our competition over here?
Yes. That was the point of this thread. There will likely be games of significance to Portland every night...this seems like a good place to discuss them. It's not like today's Utah-Orlando game is of special significance.
It looks like Utah is going down big tonight. And Dallas lost to the Lakers earlier as well. Even though we played terribly this morning and lost a game to Atlanta, there are some good things going on today as well. We hurt ourselves, but so did a couple of other teams. We should be in 6th after tonight's events. Let's hope our Blazers can right the ship and get a win in Memphis. ps. I have a date with a very beautiful girl tomorrow to watch the Blazers game at a bar/theater. Her idea, not mine. Kind of excited.
Phoenix scored 46 points in the 3rd quarter. 40 SIX!!!! HOLY CRAP! For comparison, the Blazers scored 49 points vs. San Antonio in "The Perfect Quarter" in 1991.
Heh, my wife wanted to spend Valentine's at Buffalo Wild Wings watching Rudy in the dunk contest. I had to tell her that the one here in Hawaii still wasn't open yet.
