If Wes could play a little point, which he can't. Mushidi is a combo guard.

They're are both pretty bad comps.

There's not a current NBA player that sticks out, but he kinda reminds me of lesser Jordan Adams who came out of UCLA a few years ago.

Mushidi will never play PG in the NBA. He might be able to guard some of them, but he'll never run an offense. Not a good ball handler, not good in pick and roll, not a very good passer. He's strictly a 3 an D guy imo

If that were to happen, Dieng is a player who I think could really help Portland that would cost a lot. He will be 28 this next season as he was 'old' entering the Draft but still within the age window that fits for the Blazers.

I just thought I would check out who the Pacers have been working out, to see if there was any possibility they were thinking about having Portland's multiple picks available. Well the only three guys who are projected by most mocks to be first round are TJ Leaf, Ike Anigbogu and Jordan Bell. The Pacers have an 18th and 47th pick in the draft so it's difficult to read too much into it. However, if they were having multiple picks, I think they would look at a lot more (and maybe they will.)
Here's the other guys they have had in: Caleb Swanigan, Josh Hart, Derrick White, Wesley Iwundu, Monte Morris, Sindarius Thornwell, Dillon Brooks, Semi Ojelwye, Trevor Thompson, Ben Moore, Mike Young, Trevor Blueitt, Davon Reed, Vince Edwards, Moses Kingsley, Jabari Bird, Troy Caupain, Peter Yok and Bryce Alford.
I haven't been able to find any info on further workouts but last year they had 7 workout sessions, the last being on June 16.
I've always thought working out a lot of guys makes sense, getting to know them, trying out things that maybe they didn't have a chance to showcase in college, etc. I mean, what's the alternative; watch game videos over and over. (Isn't there enough time to do both?) I guess I'm saying it concerns me a little that Portland isn't doing more workouts. If their plan was to consolidate picks in a player or draft trade, wouldn't they want to see a lot of guys who might be needed to fill the roster?

Speaking of filling the roster, Any pattern to the position that Pacers are working out? Lots of SG and SF might mean filling a George sized hole.

Would anyone be interested in doing a simulated draft? I was thinking if we got 3-5 people and randomly assigned each person a few teams, that it would be interesting to simulate a draft.

I think it would be funny if the Lakers picked De'Aaron Fox over Ball.
