These dudes have SAC trading 5 and 10 up to 3 to take DeAaron Fox? That's pretty dumb.

They wouldn't. They need quality over quantity at the moment. If they trade that #7 pick, it will be for an older player who can contribute now. It won't be for two later picks when they already have too many young players.

Since we're talking about unlikely trading up scenarios....
Harkless + #15 + #20 for Josh Jackson is what I'm interested in (probably with Kings @5)

I've seen Minnesota fans saying they'd take the 15 and 26 plus Aminu for the 7th pick. If we could get into the top 5 with the 7 and 20 and Jackson drops that far that would be amazing.

I think John Wall and Rajon Rondo were the same size coming out of Kentucky

I would not even move up from 7, Jackson will not be available at 5 anyway as Philadelphia or Phoenix will take him. If we can get Tatum there though, we should. But I would probably prefer Isaac at 7 and then a power forward at 20.

If we have any chance at getting Tatum we need to try. He'll be the best player out of this draft.

Probably not enough but I'd take that on a heartbeat. I wouldn't mind taking on more bad contracts to add more top end talent. We're already fucked cap wise, so a contract like Peks wouldn't fuck us over anymore.

@Blazinaway has been talking this player up for some time. I now agree with him.

I believe Donovan Mitchell is a sleeper in this draft, and would pick him @ #15. He can play ball, on both ends of the court.

Yep, he and Bolden are probably two of my faves, Bolden being the more unknown/risky. Frank Jackson is another very interesting guard prospect

I like Mitchell but with Dame and CJ already here, we already have a lot of duplication with undersized scoring guards. Mitchell probably plays better defense than either but it would seem like a waste of a pick unless CJ was going somewhere.

I think there's room for a guy of his size and skill set, but I'd rather take Kadeem Allen in the late 2nd who has that same point of attack/versatile defender + shooting + secondary handler tool set and use our 1st's to fill other positions/facilitate trades.

Doesn't have the offensive upside, but I don't think the difference really matters with Dame and CJ around and I think he's closer to contributing.
