Blazers still have interest in Drummond?

Drummond and Nurk with a low post offense is how you beat GS

Not unless we want to trade Nurkic. You cannot play two of them and you cannot bench two or three $20M players (Nurkic will get close to that in the offseason and one of them would have to sit with Crabbe and Turner).

I think the best destination for him would be either Celtics (Horford as power forward) or, realistically, Sacramento (their bigs will still take a while to develop).

Agreed. There is a list of 10-15 people that I would be fine with taking at #26. At 15 there are very few I would take or like though unless some players drop.

Fuck a salary dump. Either use the picks to move up or to trade for an impact vet. Otherwise stay put and take some swings.

When GS goes to Durant at PF and Green at C, do you just stay with that and bludgeon them? It might work, but I would fear that they would just rain threes on you. It certainly would be fun to watch.

And in the best case, one of those rooks makes a bad contract obsolete and you can hopefully dump it then.

Stocks are all over the place -- my recalibrated power rankings:

    15: John Collins
    20: Jordan Bell
    26: Rodions Kurucs/Jawan Evans

    26)
    A. Jordan Bell
    B. DJ Wilson
    C. Lonzo Ball, then send him to the D league

Agree on all players at 15.

    For 20, I prefer

    C.) OG Anunoby

    For 26, I prefer:
    A.) D.J. Wilson
    B.) Jonah Bolden
    C.) Tyler Lydon
    D.) Frank Jackson

I've poured over quite a bit of John Collins footage lately. Honestly, I'm not really seeing it with him. I think Leaf has a better ability to create a shot for himself than John Collins does.

I like all of your picks @ #26. There are some real gems late in the first.

I do not really like any of my or your picks @ #20. All of them have some mental toughness or health questions.

Maybe I should have just reached for DJ Wilson @20. He could be the sleeper taken late in the first.

I could see us trading #20 to ORL for #25 and #35.

That's a possibility. We'd probably include some cash in the transactions too. Or include Aminu and get #33 as well? I think Orlando will not want to get too many young players in this draft and they have 4 picks.

They worked him out against Cam Oliver so he either looked good or got eaten up. He did look quite sweaty in the interview.

I really like the Justin Jackson kid. Only now seen him play and I like him. A good 3p shooter with a nice one handed floater but really a good all around player, also seems like a nice, intelligent kid, and I think he has a lot of upside. One of the best talents I've seen so far, IMO
