There is no universal definition in the game of basketball of the word clutch. Both Roy and Lebron have shown many times that they are clutch in crucial times. Hedo has also shown these characteristics.

Hedo has shown he's a choker. Something Roy and LeBron have not.

Lebron scored 1 point in the 4th quarter against Orlando in Game 6. Is that not a choke?

Keep spinning it anyway you want to. You obviously have no idea what you're talking about making these myopic claims.

You're the one that's clueless. Comparing Hedo to LeBron? Right!

    Where did I compare them?

I said Hedo shows characteristics of being clutch and so does Lebron. I didn't say he was more clutch. This is all irrelevant anyway, Hedo is a good player, and we'd be lucky to have him on our team.

Hedo has made shots late to win or tie games multiple times, whether you consider that clutch or not is up to you, but in my opinion, and mostly everyone else, Hedo can be considered as a clutch player. Certainly not a choker.

MJ was so not clutch. :dunno:

Meh, I can think of numerous situations where both players failed to bring their team out on top.

But hey, that doesn't apply to them right? Only to Hedo.

The Magic wouldn't be Eastern Conference champs and be the Finals if not for Hedo. The guy's a good player, give him his due. Don't know why the hate on him.

Turkoglu is a career 42% FG shooter who shot 41% this season and only 35% from 3 pt.

He was also miserable early in his career in the playoffs and just missed 4/5 clutch FTs as a supposed 80% shooter. He has a PER of 13.25 for THESE playoffs and a career playoff PER of 12.5 in 81 games.

Looks at his career playoff statistics and compare them to a player that many here want to scapegoat for the Houston series. I can't think of a more overrated player in these playoffs than Turkoglu. It could be argued that his 42% FG shooting and shaky defense in these playoffs has actually HURT the Magic more than he has help them.

You mean wrong all the time?

Surely Dwight Howard's missed free throws towards the end of regulation were Turkoglu's fault as well, right? In fact, ALL of ORL missed free throws were his fault.....

    clueless....

Turkoglu choked. That is a fact. You can spin it any way you want, but he gagged at the most critical point of the game. Just like I said he would.

They're Eastern Conference champions and in the NBA Finals? They're losing to the best team in the NBA, and beat LeBron and the Cavs soundly. Not exactly a bad season there.
Oh well, just seems to be a vocal minority of two people wanting to hate on the guy for no reason.

Meh. What do you expect. There are people here who wouldn't trade Outlaw for Lebron, Webster for Melo, or Oden for Howard. On a good day they might trade Rudy for Chris Paul...but only if NO threw in a couple of future picks!
