Re: Why is Oden in Indiana? Geez. What's it been since his injury? Four months? I would hope he was farther along than this.
yup... assuming he and the organization are on the same page with this and his rehab in general I see no issue. I'd assume he'll be behind the bench when the playoffs start though... that would be good form. STOMP
Re: Why is Oden in Indiana? A database of the most reputable sources around the Internet. If Google finds it, it must be true. Possibly. I think it's hard to analyze what's going on in people's heads (especially when there are confounding factors...for example, you could be mistaking frustration over his injuries with lack of interest), so I usually don't worry about it. As an example, a lot of people I felt underrated 'Sheed because they were measuring him against what they thought he could be if he "cared." While that can be an interesting theoretical discussion, what was relevant to me is what he was...and his production and defense were very good, even if it was possible that he could have been more. If he short-changed himself, that's something he'll have to live with. But what he actually did was (at least in basketball terms) good. That's entirely possible. Ultimately, even if we go that route of analysis, I think actions speak louder than mien. I think his hard work on rehabbing and in the off-season shows he has dedication and desire. People who don't care just don't work hard. I guess where we differ is over whether going to Indiana for a week or two or not watching the games is an "action" that speaks to lack of desire.
Re: OT: League Pass Available on Direct TV No, Durant has LeagueScore. He's so good he doesn't need to pass.
Re: OT: League Pass Available on Direct TV He seems to be getting LeagueRefAssistance as well - which really helps with LeagueScore.
Who is sensitive??? I'm not sensitive!!! Why do you think I'm sensitive??? Please don't think I'm sensitive!!! Do you still think I'm sensitive???
Re: OT: League Pass Available on Direct TV I've never really cared for LeagueRefAssistance, it's too subjective and I hear it's secretly controlled by David Stern.
Re: Why is Oden in Indiana? Actually, this is important to me. If it is or has been just a couple weeks, then this is all a moot point to me.
Re: Why is Oden in Indiana? I don't know for certain, just going off what some other posters were saying, that he went to Indiana for a couple of weeks to spend time with family. I assumed this was something being reported on Portland radio or somesuch, as there was no article link in the OP.
Re: OT: League Pass Available on Direct TV Kevin Durant is so good he watches NBA games on a calculator.
Re: Why is Oden in Indiana? Oh, I'm sorry, ABM! I said I'd apologize. Thanks for your fact-checking. You have provided an invaluable service to mankind today, good sir. I will refrain from such outbursts in the future.
