Sorry my friend, but you simply chose to infer what suits your purpose, rather than what was intended to be communicated. We see it many times a day in this era. A tactic employed by those of the left with increasing frequency. Feigning Good versus evil, in virtuous glory.
No, I decided to point out that using a word that is offensive to many people, is just that. Offensive. It's not "good vs evil". I happen to work with people with various disabilities and using that term (in passing) is offensive. Why not just go "sorry, I'll try harder" instead of sticking to your guns? It takes less effort to just change 1 word than it does for you to keep coming up with excuses for saying it.
Ha! I think you are right! But you have to know, it sure isn't here. But I do detect the virtuous signals coming from the many.
>>> Virtuous >>> Virtuous >>> Virtuous >>> Deflection of focus on syntax or text rather than participating in communication >>> Pure deflection rather than participating in communication. Belittle the communicator rather than do you half of a conversation. Actually even worse, it is virtue signaling to your members and signals to everyone else you have no intention of communicating.
"you're right, I should try harder". 6 words. 26 letters. Virtually no effort needed compared to your above post.
Hold on a sec, you are still going on about this? I have stated that we do not agree on this issue. Yet I am stubborn because I will not change my opinion to make you feel good. Darling, I am allowed my opinion regardless if you like it or not. No "right" or" Wrong" , simply an opinion. You guys are funny. Just read Stephen Kings newer book, The Others. In the story, it often comes up in his writing that he hates Trump. That is fine, yet he uses the N word so much that I find it offencive. Perfect example of how the left is shielded by "artistic license" while anyone who you do not agree with is obviously "wrong" Do us both a favor, will ya? Give it a rest and go ride your rainbow farting unicorn or what ever else makes you happy, just put me on ignore and I will do my best to not respond to your nonsense.
I think you might be correct. The word probably does only have meaning to the one doing the judging from their perspective and their experience.
Sure sucks having people associate your identity with something you consider a negative or insulting, doesnt it? But what about our rights to associate you with negative and insulting things? Man this sure is tough. Maybe I can get on board with your philiosophy after all.
>>> Huh? I find nothing insulting in the statement. >>>Go for it! But I only saw the statement as missing the mark, not negative or insulting. Not sure why you want to use this right, but I suppose you do. >>> Oh, I would welcome you.
that is a complicated subject that I have answered you seem to deliberately ignore the nuances of. https://www.globaldownsyndrome.org/about-down-syndrome/words-can-hurt/
