"We have sorted things out and I can happily confirm that Artest will arrive in Finland," LoKoKo sports director Aleksi Valavuori told the newspaper, Ilta-Sanomat. Artest has three more years remaining on his contract with the Lakers. The only way to receive clearance from FIBA that would allow him to play for another team would be to reach a buyout with the Lakers.
