As for Leonard becoming a superstar...every superstar in history was a superstar by this stage. He still has big holes in his game, caused by the holes in his head.
His ceiling is Okur but Leonard is still an inferior player to current Bargnani. At the same age: Bargnani >>> Leonard.
Who started this thread and do they REALLY believe he will become a superstar? Would change my whole definition of the word if they did! If HE'S a superstar what the hell is LA? Sent from my Baller-Ass 5.5" iPhone 6+......... FAMS
I sent this off to Myers. He says he'll see you in the loading dock and he's gonna go all Rasheed on your ass. If I was you I'd call in sick for a couple of weeks. barfo
That assumes Leonard could FIND the loading dock without a map, 3 Sherpas, and a cadaver dog. He gets lost running FT line to FT line!
Physical skills don't mean much unless your brain can tell you where to be before something happens. If there was a stat for being late to a play and swatting at air, Meyers would be the all-time leader.
Meyers has that Vonleh problem where they have no confidence whatsoever in their abilities. Honestly if you think about it their both really just, pussies. Like no lie, they have no killer instinct and no desire to prove to anybody they belong.
Vonleh is 19. That doesn't work here. Meyers makes sense. Stop trying to make the two of them compatible. One has been in the league for awhile, the other is in his 2nd year. One deserves a wait-and-see, and Meyers is just bad. See how that works? Logic!
On the other hand, Vonleh was a much higher rated prospect going into college and again going into the pros. Meyers was supposed to be a loooong term prospect. If anything, he's exceeded expectations. Vonleh certainly has not.
To me, that looks like you typed that Meyers Leonard has exceeded expectations. This must be my fault. I'll get up early in the morning so I can make an eye appointment. Then I'll head for the store and buy a better monitor.
Right. The negative exceeds the positive. He couldn't hack it at Center, so now he's a mediocre PF. At his next team, a tough coach will make him bite the bullet at Center. Similarly, Aldridge is currently growing up.
