Its pretty clear Stotts doesnt want to be playing either of them, thats why they arent in the rotation when healthy or I guess when when visa’s arent a problem... He went to Meyers today because he thought the 3 point shooting would be useful, unfortunately Meyers shooting was a nonfactor and his defensive defiency was on full display. Especially with Nurks foul trouble they needed Zach to ensure their defense wasnt altogether terrible. Stotts stick with ML longer then he probably should have, but he did make the change in the 2nd half. Neither will see much if any action in Charlotte.

Nor should they. Kanter's been a nice change. It's nice to know you can depend on 10 points and 8 rebounds a night, even though bad defense. That level of consistency from the bench is something that we haven't had in a long time.
I agree. Though I think playing Zach or Aminu next to kanter is gonna be important defensively, but Kanters a very solid bench player.
