I really thought it was over, and the Mavs were going up 3-0, but DWade led Miami's comeback, and the Heat made this a series again. Shaq bounced back nicely with a solid game, but Wade went crazy in the fourth. However, Miami still has to make a lot of adjustments if they are going to win this thing.

I just find it funny and it keeps on getting funnier. And i'm obviously infatuated with Shaq and his heat, if he wins the ring he's going to make us look stupid. If Shaq wasn't winning i would leave him alone but the fact that he is, makes me take cheapshots at him. It will only stop if Shaq loses or he comes back to la.And he's an open book with his sub-par finals series.Onto the game, i have to give it to Miami. I leave home and there down 14 and i come back to see they've won. That's pure determination and you have to give it to them. This seems like the lakers-pistons series from 2 years ago, lakers got one game because of a meltdown by their opposition and some clutch play.

I dont' want him to win simply because it will make the Lakers stupid for trading him. Call that jealousy if you want to.

This game came down to free-throws, and we all know what free throws are -- a mental thing. You have about 15 seconds to think about 20,00 fans in the stands watching you, and millions more worldwide. Ironically, it was Dirk, the 90% free throw shooter that choked. Yes, choked. As Bob Cousy said, "The free throw line is the only place where you can choke. Everything else is action and reaction." That one miss changed the complexion of the game, forcing them to foul. Granted, it was an in-and-out kind of shot, but still, it's choking.

No one is going to laugh at the Lakers for trading him, believe me the Wizards have given up some players which we reaaaaaally shouldn't have.

I was blown away when Shaq nailed those FT's. After the game, Shaq. "Last night D-Wade called me when I was at the house, he was watching me shoot FT's in highschool and he told me to shoot them like that, my dad suggested the same thing so I did." My lord. [IMG] I'm rooting for the Heat but it's going to be tough.

that a great game. i had to tape it cuz i had work so i watched it when i got home late and it was well worth it. d wade is a great player. he fought through adversity by playing sick, hurt and 5 fouls in pretty much the entire 4th quarter. 42 points :worthy: i think he had 13 boards with that as well. i really thought the game was over when the mavs were starting to pull away in the 4th when they went up by 13 but the heat overcame that and wade took over with 15 4th quarter points. also huge free throws by shaq. probably the biggest of his career. if he misses those they go down 3-0 and the series is over. instead he sinks em both and his father could barely watch. gary payton also hit a big shot to give them the lead for good by hitting his only shot of the game. udonis haslem also played great grabbing 11 boards and 8 on the offensive glass and a few of them down the stretch were huge.the heat almost lost due to excessive turnovers and free throws. they have to improve on that if they want to win this series. i still got my boys in 6

^Who's your boys? The Heat?Idon't think anyone thought this series would be a sweep, or even Mavs in Five.I think the Mavs took the best shot of the heat, and pretty much shrugged it off for the most part. This was a simple case of Wade actually getting off BIG Time, which we all knew was going to happen at least 1 or 2 games, and in actuallity, the only way the Heat are going to win is for either him or Shaq to go for 40+. And the way the Mavs have played both of them, especially Shaq, that's not going to happen 3 more times.I agree with BCB, as I said many times before, the Mavs WILL win in 6...this game even shows it more to me. The Heat did everything they could to win that game, and won by 2. Even with Dirk missed FT, and Wade having to slap the ball away before J Howard can dunk it...I think the Mavs come back in win the next game, lose the 3rd in Miami, than finish up at home. I know the Mavs will, AT LEAST, take one of the next 2 in Miami for sure.

I like the Heat better but I want the Mavs to destroy them right here. Some of these non-Heat East fans I see on different boards are hilarious.
